The management team
I have founded SpyroSoft to create an environment where the best engineers can engage in projects for top clients contributing to solutions that address the challenges posed by a fast-evolving world. For the last 5 years I have served as a Member of the Board of one of the biggest Polish IT outsourcing firms. Since 2000 I have worked for several multinational and domestic IT companies gaining experience that has allowed me to build a modern IT services company which serves the needs of our clients and offers fantastic work conditions for employees.
I am an experienced CFO who specializes in company financial management and management accounting. My responsibilities include preparation, planning and supervision of implementation of the budget and financial plans. I am also responsible for the financial records and I take care of balanced organization development and implement business strategies recommended by the management board.
I am an experienced member of a project management team. I utilize solid foundations developed throughout working as a Software Developer, Team Leader, or System Architect. I put a lot of emphasis on soft skills such as motivation, attention to detail and team spirit. Since 2007 I have been instrumental in developing Java applications for the biggest insurance company in Central and Eastern Europe.
I have been a person actively participating in implementation of IT projects since 2004. I have also worked with English and German partners on setting up nearshore IT companies where I have helped build production teams and designed technical processes leading teams to longed-for success.
