We are looking for IT Support Specialist to join our Polish-German team located in Wroclaw. The specialist will perform 2nd line application support. Our team will be responsible for analyzing and escalating users’ requests, as well as solving the reported incidents.


  • Knowledge of German at a good level
  • Knowledge of English at a good level
  • Knowledge of IBM Websphere, SQL, Unix/Linux system
  • Basics of Java, MQ Series, ITIL
  • Communicativeness, openess
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work on public holidays
  • Readiness to work “on call” – about 1 week a month (from 16:00 to 8:00 and during the weekends)

Nice to have:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • Experience with Jira, Service Center

Your responsibilities:

  • Solving service request tickets
  • Solving reported incidents
  • Analyzing and forwarding tickets from users to the 3rd line support – if it’s necessary
  • Working with team located in Poland and Germany
  • Prioritization
