New members of Management Board

It is with great pleasure that we announce the new membership of the SpyroSoft Supervisory Board.

First, we would like to introduce Krzysztof Kuliński whose first encounter with the international IT sector dates back to the 1980s, when he joined Siemens in Austria. Over the years, Krzysztof opened R&D departments in Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Greece and in October 2000 in Wroclaw, Poland. Before Siemens team in Wroclaw joined Nokia in 2007, it managed to grow to over 1,000 people. Because of his innovative approach and constant support, Krzysztof is considered to be a patron of the ever growing IT sector in Wroclaw. In 2008 Krzysztof became Founder and President of REC Global which in 2016 joined the international engineering company – Global Logic. Krzysztof dedicates his free time to his family and four granddaughters. He also enjoys fishing, traveling and cycling.




Second, Andrew Radcliffe, who is an experienced technology leader having led software development businesses focused on G2G, B2B and B2C markets. Andrew has been instrumental in delivering major digital platforms using Agile/DevOps into numerous markets within the UK and internationally. Andrew has over 25 years’ experience working in software engineering across Government, Telecommunications, Corporate Real Estate, Aerospace, HR and Legal industries including 6 years in the United States, Sweden and Austria. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys sports, the outdoors and can often be found walking in the countryside, playing golf and spending time with his wife and three daughters.





Last, but not least, Tomasz Krześniak, a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University. Tomasz has significant experience as a representative in legal matters concerning both individuals and entrepreneurs. Tomasz gained his professional experience working alongside acknowledged tax law experts with a particular focus on Value Added Tax. He is an co-author of a very first commentary published in 2004 in Poland which covered the subject of VAT. Currently, Tomasz is a Co-Founder of an Attorneys at Law and Legal Advisors’ Practice in Warsaw, specializing in trade law consulting services. Tomasz has been appointed Supervisory Board Member and President of numerous companies both publicly and privately owned. Tomasz has an interest in aviation what resulted in obtaining his Private Pilot Licence.
